Che Nei Tsang
Chi Nei Tsang is a medical massage technique for the abdominal region discovered thousands of years ago from Taoist monks discovering that stagnation of energy flow had deep roots in the abdomen "which they found disrupted their efforts to attain high states of meditation".
"The term "chi" means energy and "nei tsang" means internal organs".

What happens during a CNT session?
The patient lays supine (face up on back). The patient is appropriately draped and the knees are supported with a pillow. The practitioner gently begins at the navel with observation and light touch. Recognizing the navel as the core of life's beginnings she/he holds great reverence for this area and attains great information by sight and touch.
The practitioner begins to apply gentle pressure often in circular motion clockwise to access medical conditions based upon stagnation of tissue and any other noted areas of tension. From this observation assessment is made target specific areas and noted organ disharmonies. Often and during breath techniques are taught and applied to further apply healing and balance to this area. Home techniques are taught to further enhance treatment and patient participating in ones own healing.
